My mother and I are sitting here watching Paula's Party on the Food Network. I just asked my mom "Wonder if Paula Deen would adopt us?", Mother just laughed and said "no kidding".
Seriously, Paula uses butter as the first ingredient of whatever she cooks-heavenly!
On one episode she made a corn casserole, that had me ready to lick the TV screen. After looking up the recipe on Food TV's website, I was able to duplicate the recipe at home. I can not express to you how WONDERFUL it was! We were fighting over the last bite. The best part is how EASY it was to fix. The woman is a GENIUS!!
