Lakisha Jones and Melinda Doolittle are THE TWO TO WATCH!! If either one of these young ladies doesn't win-well there just isn't any point in watching!!
Lakisha gave me the chills singing "Midnight Train", she was AMAZING!!!
Last week Lakisha ruled with an "I'm Telling You" that was on par with Miss Jennifer Holliday--FANTASTIC!!
Then Miss Melinda comes out and just slays the whole audience and the judges with "My Funny Valentine." And she was genuinely surprised that they thought she was good. That young lady can SING and she is so HUMBLE!!! I hope it isn't an affectation, because she is a wonderful singer.
The bad thing about this is that these two AWESOME singers are in the same season and competing against each other. Hopefully they will both do very well!
