An Indian man who was knocked unconscious during a stampede of thousands of religious pilgrims on a steep Himalayan mountain path woke up as doctors were preparing to perform his autopsy, the Times of India reported.
Mange Ram, 19, lost consciousness in the stampede that killed 150 people and was triggered by rumors of a landslide leading to a Hindu temple devoted to the goddess Naina Devi.

I was a crying MESS when they decided to do a C-section on me. I finally had to confess to doc that I knew a woman whose anesthesia didn't quite take and felt the cut. It TERRIFIED me. I wailed.
YIKES! that would scare me to death LOL... anyway here is true life story that happened to my aunt. she was having bypass surgery some parts of the surgery was experimental, so as we were waiting for her to come out they came and told us she didn't make it. we were all beside ourselves my uncle was the worse begging the doctor to try one more time. Well the doctor left the waiting room and went back in and she pulled out. Here is the freaky part my aunt told us after she recovered she could hear the doctor calling in the coroner, and she could her him tell the time of her death. she said on the inside she was shouting HELP i'm alive... OMG I still get chills when she tells this story.
