My dearest blog pal Black Betty gave me this award way back in October, and this is the first time, I have had my head clear enough to write about it.
Black Betty and I have so much in common, and she is just the sweetest in the world to give me this. Just when I fear that I have offended everyone in the free world with my really right wing rantings BB goes and does this. Love ya girl!!!
I'm supposed to write about things that make me happy(I'm really guessing I should have done this before the election;-) )
*My son
The Lord in his infinite wisdom sent me the sweetest child. He really did turn the sunshine on at my house.
*My mama's home cooking.
As much as I love to cook, I love having my mama cook for me!
*Being mostly debt free
Living frugally is, so worth it!
*Fresh roses
I don't want them when I am dead. I will not be able to enjoy their beauty then.
*NASCAR
The season is almost over. Junior isn't winning the championship and that makes me sad.
Sadder still the Jimmie Johnson is about to break Cale Yarborough's three in row record.
Jimmie will never be even half the racer Cale was!
*Life on Mars
People if you aren't watching this show, you need a good flogging! It's AWESOME!!
*YouTube & MTV video
People I love the Internet. I know my grand-daddy would have loved it too. He LOVED music.
I suppose that's where I get it from. Just pull a name out of the air, type it in and you can pick whatever song you want to listen to. My grand-daddy would have loved all of the music sources that are available on the web. We would have probably burned the midnight oil together sharing videos with each other.
*Living In The Greatest Country On Earth
Only in a free country could I bitch and rant with no harm to myself or my family.
Freedom is wonderful.
Now I pass this award on to:
The Topiary Cow
Supermom
The Suburban Correspondent
Aunt Becky
Shelli

Congratulations!
I keep meaning to watch Life on Mars, but I can never remember when it is. I will have to catch up on it online first before I start watching it on TV. Do you know what network it is on?
Thanks for the award! Talk about reaching across the political divide...
Thank you so very much for the award, my friend. It's lovely.
