Deep Thoughts at Random

• Recently I found out that my mom's mother's family is who is from Wales and descend from an ancient Prince of Northern Wales, is also Jewish and intermarried with Cherokee Indians. We knew about the Prince, but didn't know about the Jewish and Cherokee. I am a descendant of some of THE MOST PERSECUTED people on the planet.

• The Paddycake has been cutting one of his six-year molars. Lot's of vomiting mixed with a little diarrhea and a lot of crankiness, makes one stressed out Lunatic Mama! Fortunately he is over it now.

• So what do you feed your kids when they are sick with stomach issues? Growing up my mom would always feed me Jell-O, broth, saltines or Popsicles and of course she always poured gallons of Ginger Ale or Sprite down me. Well guess what, Paddycake WILL NOT eat Jell-O. I just learned this. I guess since the kid has been around I haven't made any Jell-O. I am stunned that he won't eat it, I thought all kids liked Jell-O. Heck, their advertising campaign even used kids when I was growing up.
