EAT WHAT YOU WANT AND DIE LIKE A MAN

I am on strike from cooking because it is simply too hot to cook, much less eat anything.
While I am on strike I am reading EAT WHAT YOU WANT AND DIE LIKE A MAN by Steve Graham

Steve blogs over at Hog On Ice and is a really funny guy.

The book is gloriously politically incorrect. After reading the chapter about his brownies I can only say I wish I had met him back when I was young, and unmarried. ;-)

The Champagne Chicken chapter re-affirmed that notion!

I won't even talk about his Blueberry Butter Cheesecake. HAVE MERCY!

Do yourself a big favor and order this book.

Ok so far this week I have read-
Kiss and Make-up by Gene Simmons
I confess that I am not one of the KISS army that Gene talks about in the book, but I have been a fan of their music since I was a kid. So when I was flipping channels last year and saw him on A&E I just had to watch. Gene Simmons Family Jewels, is absolutely one of the best shows that I have ever seen. Gene and his lady love Shannon Tweed are hands down two of the best parents that I have ever seen. Not exactly the big scary Demon rocker image he projects.
Good read.
