So I have been over at Baldilocks site reading about the Obama School.
Juliette is working very hard in setting up the 501c3 foundation for the Obama School in Kenya.
So far donations have reached $2200.
The school only needs $129,220 and it is for the most basic of items like a well, and electricity. When I think of the money my own school system here in KY wastes per year, it really blows the mind.
Anything anyone can give will certainly be appreciated.
I noticed that Michelle Malkin had linked to Baldilock's site. I am so thrilled that she is getting some big-time publicity for this school. Hopefully there will be some big time traffic from Michelle's site with lots and lots of donors.
Please go give anything you can. I was able to give a small amount, but if everyone gives even $5, $10, or $20 dollars it will add up. Do it now!!

I'm surprised that any school system can waste money these days. You'd think they'd spend a few bucks to get better food if nothing else.
Sounds like a great charity ... thanks for the links and letting us know about this project!
