Mom has had a headache for about 3 weeks. We told the doctor before they did the stent procedure a couple of weeks ago, but nothing was said about it.
She had an appointment with her internist today. He nearly freaked out and was afraid that the cancer had spread. He ordered scans and lab work.
They've admitted her to our local hospital, one of the tests came back for a severe UTI.
They put her on IV Cipro-she started feeling better after about 15 minutes-no pain meds either-just antibiotics.
I am hoping & praying that this is what's wrong and that the cancer hasn't spread.
I don't know when we will get the results of the scans that were done today.
Just please keep her in your prayers, and that the scans come back clear and cancer free.
