Hey dudes. Still here. Still pregnant. Sick as a dog!
I have a condition called Hyperemesis gravidarum. It puts the pregnancy in the high risk category. I had it when I was pregnant with Paddycake, and its come on strong with this one too. It caused me to miscarry my first pregnancy. Quite frankly it's an evil condition.
It's debilitating and I would not wish it on my worst enemy.
Mom is still hanging in there too. We have an appointment with her oncologist on Friday October 2nd. So if you are praying, please pray that we are able to make it and that she gets good news.
Could you also pray for Steve's sister? She is battling cancer as well.
Also please pray for Allison's daddy.
We are still waiting on our trailer to be delivered. They tell us we should have everything over and done by Oct. 20. Seriously, it can't get here soon enough. We've had rain this past weekend and it just causes everything to be yucky around here! I am so over and done with fighting this house to keep it from falling down on our heads.
Buying this trailer may end up being the worst financial decision that we ever make but honestly, we really were between a rock and a hard place with this property.
Thank you and God Bless!

I hope the trailer gets there soon. I love a trailer myself. There is absolutely no way to get more house for the money. Sometimes you just have to give it up and pray you'll get through. I can imagine the uber morning sickness after spending 6 months puking every few hours. I definitely feel for you!
Heather, I'll keep you in my prayers. I know EXACTLY what you're going through.
Consider yourself added to my intentions list for Mass. I'll be there with Jesus at Mass and Adoration tonight.
I'll be praying for your entire situation Heather.
I recently heard somewhere about taking half of a Unisom (in the orange box, with doxylamine)and a capsule/tablet of vitamin b6 50 mg for "morning" sickness.
With my #2 I threw up so much I broke blood vessels in my stomach and threw up blood...
Hang in there, only 7ish months to go! You can do it, think of the outcome!!!!!
I'll be a cheerleader for you,
Kari
Oh, honey! Have you tried Zofran or anything? I know my cousin-in-law actually had to go onto a pump, like insulin-type pump, with Zofran being injected every few hours.
I will be thinking of you often, hon. I wish I could make it better. Much love!
Oh, you poor dear! Hyperemesis is bad enough, but hyperemesis when you are trying to take care of your family is the worst! Hang in there - it will be worth it.
