Well, I just watched There Will Be Blood. Let's just say I got the message, Hollywood Liberals, "Oil is evil!"
Message received. I really don't believe that movie would have been so well received if everyone in Hollywood wasn't suffering from Bush Derangement Syndrome.
I really didn't enjoy it at all! I mean there is so much scenery chewing, and emoting--give me a break! There really just wasn't that much to the story for me. Daniel Plainview lies, cheats, steals and kills all in pursuit of oil and money. So what! Show me an oil man who doesn't.
I grew up on the actions of JR Ewing and Cliff Barnes, so to me Daniel Plainview was just PLAIN BORING!! DALLAS was SO much better!!!
AnyHOO, that's three hours of my life I won't get back.

I found this through another website I read and this family Chris and Melody Byrne are having their lives put through the wringer due to some nasty legal problems with her ex-husband over custody of the kids. When you read it I hope that you will be as enraged as I am! This is one of the worst abuses of the legal system I have ever seen. There truly is a place in hell for her ex!
They have a tip jar posted on their site and if you can give anything please do, if you can't please include them in your prayers.
The worst part of the whole story is that they have to appear before the crazy liberal nutbags at the 9th circuit!
In our family we know about dealing with crazy ex's through the court system-don't even get me started about my poor cousin S. and all of the crazy s*** his ex put him through until she found some other poor fool to latch on to and gave up the custody battle.
So please help the Byrne family in any way that you can!

He has really and truly lost it if he thinks that Papa Bush will fly all over the world with him, bad mouthing his son.
To my way of thinking Bill and Hill are the leaders of the "Hate America First" crowd. I know for a fact the majority of the Iraqi people are glad that we have freed them from their tormentor Saddam. I know that there are an awful lot of people out there that are against this war. Well good for you. It's a free country and you are entitled to your opinion as I am mine.
You know that Saddam was an evil, evil man and he and his sons really had to be stopped, yes we entered this war on information that turned out to be incorrect. Saddam killed all of those Kurds(minimum 600,000), and anyone who got in his way. His sons would wander the streets at night and abduct women and then rape them(you know in muslim society, women who are raped might as well be dead because their families shun them or worse "honor" kill them). One of the sons was in charge of the Iraqi soccer team and imprisoned them if they lost. 20/20 profiled these men and they were pitiful-he would break their legs and feet for losing games. For soccer! You know about all of that "oil for food" with the UN he totally kept all of that money for his own personal gains, and kept the humanitarian shipments of medical supplies out of the hospitals. And if you don't think any of that is wrong consider this, the people who lived in the area that is believed to be the garden of eden displeased him in some way, so he rounded them up and PAVED it over! I mean think of the archeological finds that have been lost. It totally messed their eco-system too. It turned it into a very barren area. That has got to be wrong. Don't even get me started on the Iraqi schools-HORRID. One site you can look at for information about that is http://www.operationiraqichildren.org/ The schools they keep finding are like one-room mud huts with no windows, with no books, or other supplies-in a country that rich, it's just obscene!
